My husband bought me this bag and I loved it until I opened it up and found used lip gloss, store receipts, and a zip lock food bag. Full price and used! No answer from customer service! Beware! Very disappointing. Will never be coming back here.
It is a lovely waxed leather bag but my expectations was 3 pockets as per design and photo but a bag with only 2 pockets arrived. When writing to the customer service about this and what resolution could be put in place - no response. I probably would have bought a new one but given lack of response I will take my business elsewhere.
Comfortable even after carrying for long hours.
I got this as a gift for someone, but they already bought themselves something, so I need to return it. IMPORTANT: There are NO returns. Or at least, they do not respond back to emails. I have emailed twice, and I'm 100% sure they have not responded. I also followed the FAQ by adding them to my contacts and checking my spam folder. It's now been 9 days of the 14 day time period with no response, and I don't know what to do. There is no number to contact and only an address, but if I mail it back to that address, I have no promise or assurance I will get a refund.
