The bag arrived with silver hardware instead of gold hardware as was shown in the images on the website. I inquired about an exchange for one with gold hardware and was offered 15% off if I just kept the one they shipped me. I emailed them back stating that I did not want the silver hardware and they said to just return it. So, I am stuck paying for the shipment back to them even though they misrepresented to piece on their website.
I am so much more relaxed when shopping now. This is hands free living! The exterior key holder is so convenient. No more fumbling around in the bottom of a purse. Everything fits inside and my large phone fits in the back zipper pocket. There are 3 zipper pockets in the front and a large phone zipper pocket on the backside. Plus an interior zipper pocket for chapstick, lipsticks, etc. I've been using it daily for 4 months and the zippers are still smooth and the construction is holding up really well. My only complaint is that there is no pen holder. That would make it even more convenient. It can also get a bit heavy when I stuff it full of a full size sunblock, hand lotion and a bunch of lipsticks, but that's easy to remedy!
